To use Thimtec®: - Unwrap your desired length (10”-12” recommended) of tape for each finger. - Tear or cut the piece of tape from the roll. - Wrap the tape snugly around your finger’s pain point with enough tension to stay secure without cutting off circulation. * Important: Fold over the cut edge of the remaining tape on the roll. This prevents the tape from sticking to itself, making it easier to find the end next time.
