3D Flower Bag Class

Learn how to make this bag with pretty 3D flowers. It’s perfect for use this summer and to enjoy all year around. This class is taught by Carol Kerley-Rimmer, an experienced sewist.  She will guide you through the process of creating this beautiful project.

Skill Level: Intermediate or Motivated Beginner

Materials Provided:

 We supply cutting mats, rotary cutters and irons. We have a limited selection of rulers and may not have the size you like. Please feel free to bring your preferred tools with you.

Materials to Bring: 

• Sewing Machine with manual

• Fabric

• Assorted coordinating fabrics for 25 - 5 inch fabric squares for flowers 

• ½ metre muslin or other backing fabric - this fabric will not be seen in the final project.

• ½ - ¾ metre fabric for borders and back of bag or pillow.

• Thread

• Pins

• Small pair of scissors for snipping thread

• Seam Ripper

• Preferred personal quilting tool
